- Finance reporting
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Payroll
- Other duties as needed and/or required.
Deputy Clerk's duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with Property Tax Collection
- Special assessment search
- Posting of meetings
- Licensing
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Election Administration
- Utility Billing
- Other duties as needed and/or required.
Administrative Assistant's duties include, but are not limited to:
- Customer service
- Assists with utility billing
- Assists with accounts payable/receivable
- Assists with payroll
