The City of Mondovi updates its code as necessary with newly passed ordinances and upon their day of publication. Once passed by the Common Council, ordinances become law after they are published in the local paper, the Buffalo County News, and inserted into the City's Municipal Code. The date of the most current Municipal Code reflects the official date of the newly passed ordinances being formally adopted into law.
