Parking Regulations

Winter parking regulations in effect November to April between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. 

• No parking on the following streets:
• State Hwy. 37 along its entire route through the City
• U.S. Hwy. 10 along its entire route through the City
• Eau Claire St. from Mill St. to Water St.
• Hudson St. from Franklin St. to the farthest point east
• Vine St. from Franklin St. to the farthest point east
• Franklin St. from W. Vine St. to W. Hudson St.
• Howard St. from E. Main St. to E. Hudson St. 
• Alternate-side parking on all other City streets. When parking according to alternate-side parking, the date after midnight is used to determine the correct side.

• In addition to winter parking regulations, year-round parking regulations remain in effect, including the three-hour parking restriction between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday on the following streets:
• On both sides of N. Franklin St. from Vine St. to Main St.
• Eau Claire St. from Vine St. to Hudson St.
• Main St. from Franklin St. to Howard St.
• City Hall located at 156 S. Franklin St. from the northern edge of the building to the intersection of S. Franklin St. and W. Hudson St.
• Library located at 146 W. Hudson St. from the alley between S. Franklin St. and S. Eau Claire St. in the 100 block to the intersection of W. Hudson St. and S. Franklin St.
