There are additional registration requirements for certain breeds categorized as “Regulated Dogs” within the City of Mondovi. To see the details of the ordinance click the link below
*Wisconsin State Statute requires the owner of any dog more than 5 months of age on January 1st of any year or 5 months of age within the license year, to annually, or within 30 days from the date such dog becomes 5 months of age, pay the dog license fee and obtain a license.
Dog License purchased after April 1st will be assessed a late fee.
Operator’s (Bartender’s) License:

To qualify, you must:
- be at least 18 years old.
- meet criminal record requirements, and
- must show proof you have completed a responsible beverage server course within the last two years or held a license within the last two years.
