Notice that the Assessment Roll is Open for Examination and Open Book
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the 2025 Assessment Roll for the City of Mondovi will be available for public examination during regular City Hall office hours beginning May 8, 2025. Persons wishing to meet directly with the Assessor may schedule an appointment by calling City Hall or the Assessor’s Office. Additionally, the City Assessor will be present during Open Book, Thursday May 8, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Mondovi City Hall Council Chambers, 156 S. Franklin Street, Mondovi. Instructional materials shall be available to persons who wish to object to valuations under Wis. Stat § 70.47. Before filing form #PA-115A, Formal Objection to Property Assessment, it is recommended that you review your assessment with the City Assessor. Note: Property owners receiving a change in valuation shall be mailed a notice of the 2025 assessed valuation of their property, as required by Wis. Stat § 70.365.
